Electrode probes for the rapid assay of seafood toxins

摘要

The paper describes the development of new disposable electrode probes for the rapid assay of seafood toxins, as saxitoxin and domoic acid. We realised electrochemical immunosensors which combine the high selectivity of immunoanalysis and the easiness of use of the electrochemical probes.
