摘要

A review of the evolution of modeling approaches in clinical psychology shows the oscillation between scientific and literary approaches. This oscillation seems related to the specific features of privacy and high complexity of the clinical experience. Some new scientific tools may foster a new synthesis between these episthemological approaches.
