The Breeding of yeast strains with efficient producing ethanol from Xylose

摘要

To improve the Ethanol Fermentation of Xylose of Pichia guillermondii and Candida shehatea,we uses the Protoplast Fusion and Mutagenisis to breed five better strains XX2, X1, X4, X12 and X13.And this shew that Protoplast Fusion and Mutagenisis were good for fungus breeding.
