Soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines) not only caused a yellow wilt disease of soybean, but also decreased the production of soybean all over the world. Soybean loss can be as high as 10% approx 40% of average yield, severely even no gains in some soybean fields. Recently, biological control soybean cyst nematode is being researched by many countries, because nematicide are high toxic to human being and cause severe pollution, most of them are banned in many countries. Recently, a biological control product, "Doufeng First" was developed by Lab of Plant Nematode of Department of Plant Protection in Shenyang Agricultural University. Verticillium chlamydosporium was used as the main biological control fungi in "Doufeng First". The Verticillium chlamydosporium tolerated the herbicide and fungicide was tested with different ions in our laboratory.
