摘要

In this paper an integrated communications system is proposed. In the commercial department of a transport company there is a high traffic of communications, being usual the calls in delay towards several occupied extensions. If it is a client ora supplier who calls, this deficient attwition can cause a breaking-off; if it is the driver who calls, it represents an increase of the costs of communications. In general terms, it represents loss of time and money. With the proposed system features,the company will be able to improve the attention to the caller, to increase the capacity to prioritize incoming calls, to decrease costs and to increase the productivity, to make agile and to automate the communications as far as possible, and, finally,to optimize the traffic of vehicle-base calls. Also, information about the geographic position of vehicle/load is supplied to the shippers, via Internet or SMS.
