Discussion on 'work under stress' as an Occupational Disease in the Far East

Rapid changes in market and advancement in science and technology lead to restructuring in bigger organizations in the Far East. Workforce activities appears to be raced with time. Under such rapid changing environment and uncertainty in the future, most of the employees are suffering from the increased work stresses. 'Work under stress' would certainly affect safety performance and productivity of the organization. Concerns on this new occupational safety and health aspect on 'work under stress', some surveying results and proposed methods reducing it in the Far East will be briefly outlined in this paper.
