By using physical jet deposition technique, we have fabricated thin film of the newly synthesized star-like C_(60)(CH_3)_x(PAN)_x copolymer. Optical property and femtosecond nonlinear optical response of these films were measured. Excitation transfer process was detected in the photoluminescence spectra. It was found that the real part of the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility of the copolymer was improved than that of pure PAN and fullerene molecule which reveals the existence of the charge transfer process in the copolymer film.
