摘要

The mathematical model for the computer simulation of the transient electromagnetic field and transient temperature field in the turbo generator rotor is presented. Since the nonlinear characteristics of iron saturation in steel elements and the conductivities in metal elements varying with their temperatures have been taken into account in the model, the simulated results are in close agreement with the tested ones on a 50MW generator.
