THE EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT OF TRAVELLING WAVE TYPE RING ULTRASONIC MOTOR

摘要

The ultrasonic motor is a sort of new type of micromotor. It is driven by piezoelectric vibration of ring stator and rotates by the frictional force between the stator and the rotor. Because of its special structure and distinctive operating principle, its equivalent circuit is quite different from that of electromagnetic type motor. The equivalent circuit of travelling wave type ring ultrasonic motor is studied in this paper.
