摘要

This paper presents the application of Taguchi method to design optimization for cogging torque minimization of a high-speed 2-pole ulterior permanent magnet synchronous motors. It is shown by the finite element analyses and measurement, that Taguchi method is a very efficiency and effective approach in robust designing high performance motor.
