F3+ color centers in lithium fluoride: production spectral and lasing characteristics

Different conditions of the F$-3$/$+$PLU$/ color centers production are investigated. Thermo-annealing and photo- irradiation are proposed to increase the F$-3$/$+$PLU$/ centers concentration. Data of polarization spectroscopy, triplet states and energy level diagram are presented. The characteristics of laser on the base of F$-3$/$+$PLU$/ centers in lithium fluoride are given.
