The brief outlines of the multioperators technique allowing to obtain the highest orders of approximations) are presented. The 10th - order multioperators-based scheme for the Euler and the Navier-Stokes equations optimized to meet aeroacoustic requirements is displayed. The scenario of the acoustic field evolution generated by the Rankine vortex is presented. It includes the self-excitation of the high-order modes with successive transition to the dominance of the lower-order modes leading to the quadrupole-like sound radiation. The instantaneous pressure fields are found to be closely related to the vortices boundaries, the quadrupole stages being characterizing by the rotating ellipses. The temporal spectra are presented.
