An Experimental Study on the Relationship between Contact Noise and Contact Resistance of Electrical Sliding Contacts and Observation of Contact Surface by Using Digital Image Signal Measuring System

摘要

The relationship between the contact resistance and the contact noise of electrical sliding contacts was investigated. And, a quantitative observation of damaged contact surface was done by using a digital image measurement technique. As the results, the relationship between on the contact noise and the contact force was made clear. And, the relationship between the contact resistance and the damage the contact surface was made clear, and of also, due to the flow of high current to the contacts, the contact resistance could be maintained lower level.
