In this study, a new simulation method is applied to microstrip antennas integrating nonlinear devices. The simulation method is a combination of electromagnetic simulation and harmonic-balance circuit simulation. In this simulation, far field characteristics of the antenna can be obtained. A multiplier integrated circularly polarized microstrip antenna is analyzed as an example and the effect of the proposed method is highlighted.
