Proactive personality scale, psychological capital questionnaire and employee well-being questionnaire are adopted in the research, and employees are investigated through network questionnaire. Data are analyzed for exploring the relationship between proactive personality and employee wellbeing as well as the mediating effect of psychological capital. The result showed that employee proactive personality can be applied for significant forward prediction of employee wellbeing and psychological capital; psychological capital can be applied for significant forward prediction of employee wellbeing; psychological capital has complete mediating effect between proactive personality and employee well-being.
