This paper presents the solution of an actual problem - the development of a simple and effective way to determine the level of human health and physical performance. The method is based on evaluating the oxygen debt as an integrative indicator to determine the level of human health and physical performance. To automate the determining the level of human health and physical performance of, a mathematical model was developed. The implementation of this method will make it possible to create a technology for prenosological monitoring of population health and working capacity reserves, which will be low-cost and widely available to health centers and medical facilities of educational institutions, while the values of indicators can be stored in a database.
