摘要

TiO2based gas-sensing materials show outstanding sensitivity to SF 6decomposition products, which can be used to preparing on-line monitoring gas sensor. This study reviewed the research progress of TiO2based gas-sensing materials in SF 6decomposition products detection by DFT calculation and experimental measurement. The gas-sensing properties of intrinsic, oxygen defective, Pt, Au, and N −doped anatase TiO2(101) and anatase TiO2(001) gas sensor were carefully reviewed. By comparison, it is found that surface modification can be an effective way to enhance the gas sensitivity of TiO2based gas-sensing materials.
