PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell based on a titanium dioxide nano-tube film is provided to increase energy conversion efficiency by multiplying surface area in which dye molecule can be adsorbed. CONSTITUTION: A pure Ti substrate is firstly anodic oxidized and is annealed. The pure Ti substrate is secondly anodic oxidized and dipped in the hydroperoxide solution. A TiO2 nano-tube film exfoliates. A TiO2 nano-tube thin film(2) is formed by etching the bottom of the separated TiO2 nano-tube film. A TiO2 nano-particle(3) is injected in a channel of the TiO2 nano-tube thin film. The TiO2 nano-tube thin film is attached to a transparent electrode and is treated by using TiCl4. The TiO2 nano-tube thin film is heated in air. A solar cell is manufacture by adsorbing dye molecule to the TiO2 nano-tube thin film.
