Regional Characters of Chinese Forestry Foreign Capital Utilization and Evaluation on Regional Forestry Foreign Capital Utilization Environment

The different regions have different characters in the foreign capital utilization of forestry. The paper divides the country into five forestry economic regions, and analyzes the scale and industry direction of forestry foreign capital of each region. In order to find out the weaknesses of each region, the representative provinces of each region are chosen, that is Heilongjiang Province, Henan Province, Fujian Province, Sichuan Province and Shaanxi Province. Then the paper chooses 21 evaluation indexes, and evaluates the environment of foreign capital utilization in forestry of each province with Factor Analysis Method. The paper draws a conclusion that Fujian Province in the Southern forestry region has the best environment and Heilongjiang Province in the Northeast forestry region has the worst. In the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the regions to improve the foreign capital utilization environment of forestry according to the weaknesses of each region.
