The Match between Technological Innovations and Administrative Innovations

摘要

The mismatch between technological innovations and administrative innovations has been the important factor leading to failures of innovations. This paper, referring to idea of social-technical system, thinks that the match between technological innovations and administrative innovations is inherent request of the balance of technical system and social system. When enterprises lag in technological innovations or in administrative innovations, the technique-lagging systems or society-lagging systems come into being. These lags are caused by the different attributes of innovations and the enterprises should realize the balance of social-technical system through the match between two kinds of innovation.
