Motivated by the increasing interest and controversy raised by the practice of franchising, this work describes the research carried out among Brazilian fast food networks franchisees, measuring their perception of the competitive strategies deployed by the respective franchisors and their satisfaction with the franchisor-franchisee relationship, aiming at the identification of the role of the relationship in the average performance of these same franchisees.
