An efficient analysis method based on digital channelized algorithm is proposed to intercept interference signals for anti-jamming satellite navigation system. Characters of signals such as frequency, power, bandwidth and signal type, can be acquired by channel arbitration, pulse detection and instantaneous frequency measurement. It is meaningful to help to choose anti-jamming algorithm adaptively in face of different interference signals. In order to reduce the system calculation cost, the digital channelized architecture is improved to polyphase filter bank decomposition and the discrete Fourier transform (DFT). Simulation results show that the analysis method proposed in this paper can efficiently extract jamming characteristics with high precision. The measuring error of the pulsewidth is 0.08us, and the measuring error of the repetition period is 0.056us. The measuring error of carrier frequency is less than 0.1MHz, and the measuring error of bandwidth is less than 0.3MHz.
