C- to L- band Wavelength Conversion Enabled by Parametric Processes in a Few Mode Fiber

We propose and experimentally demonstrate the potential for all-optical wavelength conversion within and between the C- and L-bands using inter-modal four-wave-mixing processes among different phase-matched and dispersion-tailored spatial modes in a single elliptical-core few mode fiber.
