Incorporation on the job-market: From theory to praxis

For several decades, in our country, the engineering schools have trained numerous engineers, with great technical ability but without any professional experience or any current contact with Industries. They have to find their first job by themselves and by their chance, without any kind of help or orientación. Because of the crisis that currently exists in Spain and also, in several countries worldwide, it is even harder, for the postgraduates, acquires their first contact with job-market
