摘要

'Robot tank system' is a concept which is designed to automate tank tests, to increase accuracy of them, and to gather knowledge of shipbuilding for complying with The Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) by using actuators, sensors and system management software. This concept will also enables management of various data measured in tank tests, results drawn by CFD and any information on the tank and tank tests, utilizing RDF (Resource Description Framework). This report documents the concept and a developed system consists of 4 interfaces for search, experimental data, model ship information and lab notebook, as a part of 'Robot tank system.' Case studies indicate that, this system facilitates search and analysis on various data and it enables simultaneous playback of data which will help to obtain knowledge derived from various measured data. Comparing with a previous method, the number of steps in an analysing process is reduced.
