Smart Learning Platform Framework Based on Smart Learning Environment

摘要

Smart learning is defined as an effective, efficient, and engaging learning process using information technology to improve the quality of learning which includes motivation, involvement or engagement, and performance. To build a smart learning platform, a conceptual framework is needed. Smart Learning Platform Framework is a systematic framework to build a smart learning platform, consists of specific enablers, domains, and services. Considering all stakeholders in smart learning which are learners, educators, providers, and organizers, this framework can be used by implementing a specific smart learning development process and smart learning development lifecycle.
