This article analyze sports industry policy of Chinese through the literature material law and logical reasoning method, analyze the Chinese sports of industry policy factors From from the economic system, respectively, the country to country, interests and ability of the five aspects, sports industry policy formulation is the result of interaction between several factors from the perspective of the theory. So the sports industry should in-depth understanding of the development of the sports industry in China, to establishing and perfecting a set of relatively complete system, and formed an all-round, multi-level policy system, and to create a good environment for the development of the sports industry.
