Cognition of the Development of Digital Foreign Language Teaching Resources

摘要

To develop digital teaching resources is necessary for the reform of the foreign language teachings. This paper recognizes the development of teaching resources in a systematic way, and emphasizes to overall planning of information resources, teaching environment and support system.It also expounds to develop deeply the application services research is needed.
