This paper adopts literature review, experiment method, questionnaire, mainly research on during the process of classroom teaching, how teaching mode of teachers and students interaction, students and students interaction, and groups interaction influence on self-confidence.Research results show that: 1, in classroom process of teaching, three mode teachers and students' interaction, students and students' interaction, and groups interaction have promoting influence on students, confidence formation.2, teachers and students interaction plays a leading role, and students and students interaction, and groups' interaction has helping role.3, teachers and students interactions role play in classroom teaching in earlier, middle and later period and students ;nd students' interaction, and groups interaction interactive occurred in mid and later period.
