This paper adopts document literature method, investigation method, interviewing method, mathematical statistical method, logical analysis, and induction and deduction methods to make research and analysis towards the necessity and current situation of establishing physique selective courses of ordinary universities in Hebei.At present, there are few universities establishing physique selective courses in Hebei.However, it is popular with the university students.And the students have great enthusiasm in learning it.Besides, most universities have qualified teachers for teaching physique. Therefore, it is feasible to establish physique course in the ordinary universities of Hebei.
