Logistics Cost Management Based on TDABC and TOC

This article analyzes the Pros and Cons of timedriven activity-based costing (TDABC) and proposes an analysis model that combines TDABC with theory of constraint (TOC),through which the logistics cost and logistics processes can be managed more effectively.We use a case study to illustrate the process.
