The formation of young teachers' responsibilities in higher educational institutions is a systematic process. It is influenced by the social environment, and closely related to factors such as the policy and system design of the institution as well as the cognition and understanding of responsibilities by the young teacher themselves. In this paper we analyze the restraining factors of young teachers' responsibilities in higher educational institutions and their correlation at macro, middle and micro range, based on the questionnaire investigation completed by over 60 teachers and 400 students in Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management and Henan College of Finance and Taxation.
