The study of safety management system for mine waste reservoir based on Safety case

摘要

When analyse the safety of mine waste reservoir, we usually divide its life cycle into four phases including design, construction, operation and closing. Then they are described and classified with the method of life cycle approach. We analyse and research each phase of mine waste reservoir's life cycle with the design, execution, examination and management of PDCA circulate model. Meanwhile, we find the equivalent structure and element of Safety case, build the frame, and then form the Safety case system of mine waste reservoir that is based on PDCA circulate model. (Abstract)
