With the rapid development of automobile industry, scrap tires producing substantially, the tire retreaded has become a way of valuable and environmental recycling technology internationally recognized, and the need of promoting the energy conservation and emission reduction and the green recycling economy developing. However, the retreaded tire lacks of systematic research in terms of technology theory, craft and detection, so the retreaded tire of brings the destruction and failure of the tread, sidewall, ply, buffer layer and bead delaminating and cracking. The destruction and failure brings about the malfunctions of the tire burst out of control, and the traffic accident of the moving vehicle. This seriously influences the application market of the retreaded tire, and the person safety. Those researches on the ground mechanical properties will provide the rich theoretical basis for the failure mechanism of retreaded tire. In terms of the retreaded radial tire of 11R22.5 load-carrying vehicle, its mechanical parameters were studied, the dissertation explores the applicable feasibility of the established models, develops the methods to test the material properties of the tread layer, the buffer layer and the matrix layer, such as elastic modulus, and acquires the required parameters. By studying the performance of the main structure and the interlayer bonding of the retreaded tire, this dissertation proposes the laminated structure model of the improving the simulation efficiency of the binary composite of the retreaded tire matrix layer rubber and the steel cord, and the ternary composite material of the tread layer, buffer layer and matrix layer. Those mathematical models of ground mechanical properties and geometric models of composite materials about laminated structure were also established. And on the basis of these, the contact pressure, the contact area and the ground-print were simulated and tested by ANSYS that is the non-linear finite element analysis s--oftware, which presents a theoretical reference in describing the mechanical characteristics and the failure mechanism about retreaded radial tire quantitatively.
