INSERT OF CRYOSTAT TO STUDY PHOTOVOLTAIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SAMPLES UNDER MECHANICAL LOADS

摘要

An insert of a cryostat to study photovoltaic characteristics of samples under mechanical loads contains mechanisms of vertical and horizontal movement of a cuvette and a mechanism of rotation of a cuvette. The insert is equipped with a test section, electrical inputs/outputs, a circuit board and connectors to provide an effect of electric field on the sample.
