In this essay, we will analysize the uniqueness of high-tech products in market competing, ie: the net effect, increasing returns, the path dependence and the winners taking all. Also in the paper the definition of the competition lock-in will be made and there are different ways for high-tech companies to take the competition lock-in strategy according to the position variety of high-tech products in the very fields.
