摘要

Money as a vital resource of an organization should be managed effectively and efficiently. And money resource in a compensation administration has close connection with organizations' strategy, compensation philosophies, organization size and environment. In order to realize pay equity and increase organizational efficiency, distributive justice, interactive justice and chance justice should be considered and competing compensation program should also be considered too. On the basis of compensation theories, this paper recollects the compensation administration in China and some suggestions are also presented.
