The article analyzes the different demands and system actuality of rural migrant workers about endowment insurance, and then divides rural migrant workers scientifically, which is according to the degree of relation between rural migrant workers and cities. At last, the article proposes that the adaptation of rural migrant workers endowment insurance system's pattern frame.
