This pure endowment insurance system is provided with an information processing device comprising: a communication unit which communicates information with information communication terminal devices; an information acquisition unit which acquires basic information about an insured person; an insurance premium determination unit which determines an insurance premium for the insured person on the basis of survival probability information determined in accordance with at least one set of acquired basic information; a storage unit which stores insured person recognition information including the basic information and the insurance premium; a contract processing unit which performs a process for establishing an insurance contract on the basis of the insured person recognition information; a notification unit which, when the insured person's insurance period has expired, provides notification that the insured person is eligible to receive insurance payments; an insured person survival authentication unit which authenticates the survival of the insured person on the basis of survival verification information that is sent from an information communication terminal device in response to the notification provided by the notification unit; and a determination unit which, on the basis of the result of the authentication by the insured person survival authentication unit, acquires the insured person's intention to receive the insurance money, and determines the necessity of payment of the insurance money.
