摘要

First, this paper defines the customer's satisfaction and loyalty from a medical point of view. Second, by the survey of the patient satisfaction Shanxi Province People's Hospital obtains the patient's medical service satisfaction measurement indicators and their weights. At last, the rationalize proposals of Shanxi Province People's Hospital is concluded for further improving customer satisfaction, thereby improving the level of service in the medical industry, strengthening the weak links in health services.
