Research on Innovation of Classroom Instructional Mode and Practice Teaching Mode of 'Real Estate Development'

Real estate is a special kind of commodity. The realty business is a particular industry. Real estate management and operation is a professional aspect of engineering management to culture talents in real estate. "Real Estate Development" is one of very important professional basic courses of engineering management specialty, which include central contents of real estate development The study in this paper establishes multi-level teaching system of real estate development and opening practice teaching mode to cultivate innovative talents better which have been taken as a target Meantime, it puts forward suggestions, including reinforcing the construction of teaching material, putting emphasis on registered engineer's basic requirements of practicing qualification, reforming assessment methods, strengthening the teachers' cultivation, and inspiring students' subjective initiative of study in the joyful learning and competence-based teaching ideas. This paper fully embodies the educational ideas of individualized teaching and cultivating personality.
