Constructing Information System in Public Emergency Management

摘要

Information system is critical to successful management in a public emergency. Completed information system comprises early-warning system,information control system,and information process system in post-crisis era. This paper reviews the definition,characteristics,and management models of public emergency. Then the role of information system in public emergency management is discussed,followed by the construction of completed public emergency information system. Finally,it concludes information system should be paid further attention in public emergency management.
