Study on Human Resources Management in E-government Construction

摘要

E-government construction in our country is very important in the information construction,the human resources is the best active factor,this paper analyses the current problem in China from the human resource's angle,and gives the corresponding innovation measures,These measures include building modem idea of human resources management,the education system of human resources and multidimensional and invigorative system,Reforming related plan of developing human resources,wish to be helpful to our country's E-government construction.
