Interaction between Government and Citizens through Internet: A Case Study from Yangpu District,Shanghai

摘要

Function exertion of G2C E-govemment depends on the effective interaction between government and citizens. This paper firstly gives a case of citizen-centered governmental web portal in Yangpu district,Shanghai. And after researching various materials about the web portal and analyzing messages delivered by citizens and saved in the server of the web portal,this paper summarizes some findings about G2C E-government practice. Finally,this paper puts forward some recommendations for the better development and utilization of the citizen-centered governmental web portal.
