摘要

By classifying and summarizing the historical data of material purchasing by power grid enterprises and referring to the price of key raw materials and important components, this paper offers a dynamic simulation of the typical material purchasing costs, focuses on the material contracts with supply price lower than or close to the dynamic cost price and carries out risk identification and early warning. The linkage mechanism between power supply purchasing costs and market price is established in this paper to achieve updating and matching, enhance material purchasing flexibility and responsiveness of market price change, reduce default risk of material contract and promote the sound development of power supply purchasing market.
