Game Analysis on Bidding for Purchasing Power Grid Materials at a Low Price

摘要

On the basis of the bidding model of the lowest-price sealed bid and given the material quality and delivery schedule, this paper offers an analysis of the low price tender in the market of grid materials purchasing using incomplete information game theory. As the quality of materials from successful bidders cannot be fully recognized by grid companies, the low price winning suppliers, driven by interests, will run the risk of cheating on workmanship and materials, thus giving rise to adverse selection in the market of grid materials purchasing. The principal-agent model can generate the mechanism that overcomes the defects of low price tender system and the optimal bid invitation plan: the market supervisory organ is introduced as the third party independently participating in the game; the hierarchical evaluation mechanism for material suppliers is established through repeated game to advance the sound development of material purchase market.
