This experiment using Eudragit L100 as initial raw material prepared the Eudragit L100 acrylic acid resin aqueous dispersion by means of latex-solvent evaporation.In experimental process many factors that affect the terminal products were found.After investigating raw material formula, experimental condition consisting of stirring rate ,temperature and so on, the optimum formula and the optimum experimental condition were found:a mixture of 1.6g Eudragit L100 acrylic acid resin, 1.80g OP, 40mL anhydrous ethanol were dropping into 60 mL water at 12~15 °C in lmin/mL with high speed of stirring,after dropping the acrylic acid resin latex was obtained. After ethanol and water were free from the latex under reduce pressure at 45 °C and 55 °C respectively, the Eudragit L100 acrylic acid resin aqueous dispersion with concerntration of 15%~16% was obtained.
