GIS-based Land Suitability for Development in Asian Developing Country Case Study of Phnom Penh, Cambodia

摘要

This paper developed a method to analyze land suitability for development, basing on GIS spatial analyst with the combination of MCA and AHP. Although this model can help decision maker to identify the suitability of land for a specific use with the concerning criteria, inputs from a group) of experts is vitally required to empower the result and an interface tool should be further developed in order to facilitate them with a flexible alternative options for their studies and assessments.
