The invention relates to panties with an inflatable segment for the prevention of hip dysplasia in infants. The panties (J) are anatomically shaped with regular semi-circular cut-outs on longer, lateral sides. An elastic band (6) is inserted in the front and rear edges of the panties (J), as well as in the semi-circular lateral sides, along the edge. In the middle part, from the inside of the panties (J), a pocket (10) with a lid (l1) is located, in which an inflatable segment (12a) is placed, whose non-return valve (12) is drawn through the vertical hole (7) made on the front of the panties. Suspenders (3) crossed with a stitch (4) are attached on the rear straight edge of the panties (J). Each suspender (3) has one sliding regulator (2), and at the its end of the loop (1) closed with a buckle (8). On the front upper edge of the panties (J) a pair of buckles (8) are located for fastening the suspenders (3) and underneath six pairs of buckles (5), three on each side of the axis of symmetry, while on the rear, left and right sides of the suspenders (3), along with one lateral edge, two pairs of buckles (5) are placed, while one pair of buckles (5) is placed next to the other lateral edge.
