摘要

Cost-effectiveness analysis of equipment is a process of comprehensive optimization of life cycle cost and effectiveness of equipment in the whole life cycle of equipment. It is an important index to evaluate the comprehensive performance of equipment. Based on the principle that equipment efficiency is the embodiment of equipment availability, credibility and inherent capability, this paper introduces the concept of "six indexes" of equipment quality system into equipment efficiency evaluation model, and a cost-effectiveness evaluation model which based on the "six indexes" of equipment is established. The calculation steps of the model are demonstrated in detail by example calculation, which also shows that the model is theoretically feasible on the basis of enriching the content of ADC effectiveness evaluation model. Also the evaluation results have important guiding significance for equipment selection, parameter optimization design and operation support in the whole life cycle of equipment.
